The conditions presented here define the conditions of sale and operation of the online store 4 happy children. The store 4 happy children is an ecommerce site dedicated to national and international sales of quality products for children .

PRICES
All items available at 4 happy children store have the sale price indicated in Euros. The price includes VAT. In shopping cart VAT is shown only after putting the destination address. For destinations outside the European Union VAT is not charged. If you reside outside the European Union, please note that customs in your country may charge you additional customs' fees. These rates are not our responsibility and vary between countries. Please check with the customs of your country before placing an order.

ORDER
To place an order for one or more articles, you should follow the normal procedure in the online retail sites, use the buttons "Add to cart" next to items you wish to add to the "Shopping cart" . You can change the quantity if you want to add or reduce the amount of each item you wish to purchase. After adding an item to the "shopping cart", you can continue your purchases using the "Continue shopping" button , which directs the navigation to the site 4 happy children, keeping saved your "Shopping cart". In every moment you can go to your "Shopping cart" using the button with this name in the upper right corner of the site, to check your order or proceed to confirmation. To complete your order, simply go to the "Shopping cart"  and choose "Go to payments", following the instructions presented there, including choosing the payment method.

PAYMENT ARRANGEMENTS
You can choose from 2 ways of payment:
PayPal, using your credit card or direct debit from the Paypal account you have. You don't need a PayPal account to use this excellent facility but a credit card is needed.
Bank Transfer - exclusive for buyers in Portugal. In this case you will receive an e-mail with information to make the payment. Orders that are not paid within three working days will be canceled.


PAYMENT
PayPal is a widespread online payment, which allows the use of different credit cards, without having to release numbers of the same each time you purchase on the Internet. Creating an account allows you to start making payments safely.
Payment by bank transfer will only be considered valid by sending proof of it by e-mail (functionality that most e-banking systems provide, or a print scren of the operation) and upon receipt. If the transfer is made at the counter of a bank or an ATM (ATM) is essential to send the receipt confirming the transfer (eg via a scan or digital photo of the receipt). When making a bank transfer should be inserted in the description of the transfer the reference number you receive by email after your  order.

TERMS OF SUBMISSION
Orders are sent around the world by CTT - Correios de Portugal, always using registered mail, to ensure its delivery. The products are always packaged properly to arrive at their destination in perfect condition.
With the registration number that will be provided after shipment, you can locate your order through the Service Research Objects of CTT available at their web site (www.ctt.pt)

SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of items. Please check the cost of shipping after completing your order and before making payment.

TERMS OF DELIVERY
For Portugal about three to five days. For Europe and Rest of World the estimated delivery times are at least one to two weeks.

GUARANTEED DELIVERY
In case of loss of registered mail, will be reimbursed in the amount of your order.
The customer is responsible for raising your order on time at the POST office station, if it does not will be hand-delivered by the postman. If the order is returned to the sender because it was not timely raised in the post office, the new shipping will be made only upon payment of the new shipping charges.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
We will only accept items that are still in their original packaging and in perfect condition. The deadline for exchanges and returns is 14 days. The shipping costs of returns are customer's responsibility.

USE OF PRODUCTS
Products purchased at 4 happy children must meet the common standards of safety in use, the person who provides the products to each child owns the responsibility of the correct, safe and proper use of them.

AVAILABILITY OF GOODS YOU ORDER
If 4 happy children store has insufficient stock to deliver the goods ordered, you will be refunded in full amount of the articles that you can not be sent.

PRIVACY POLICY
4 happy children collects the details provided by you on your purchase but don't assign them to third parties or use them for any purpose other than the processing of orders and direct contact with the Customer. Customers may at any time exercise the right to access, modify, update and delete their data, concerning the law on Protection of Personal Data.
